Our Founders

Anastasios A. Antoniou

Anastasios advises multinational corporations, governments and startups on commercial, competition and regulatory matters.

Consistently ranked as the leading Cyprus lawyer by The Legal 500 in EU and Competition Law, he is described in these rankings as "immensely experienced" and acclaimed his "eye for detail".

Anastasios' practice was a member of a global Big 4 firm, which he led as country law leader. He chose to revert his practice to an independent status in 2016, which is today carried out by Antoniou McCollum & Co.

Anastasios was appointed by the European Commission on the EU Observatory & Forum's working group for a framework on blockchain technology.  He is a member of the European Competition Lawyers Forum and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Anastasios studied law at Kingston University (UK) and the London School of Economics (LSE) and has attended a number of courses, including the Fintech Programme at Oxford University.
Our Founders


Christina McCollum is a practicing Solicitor of England and Wales and licensed to practice in Cyprus.  She specialises in commercial transactions, finance, contract and corporate law.

Prior to co-founding Antoniou McCollum & Co, she trained and practiced as an associate with a leading law firm in the City of London as well as with two international law practices.

She regularly acts for multinational companies on data protection matters and has extensive experience in complex commercial matters.

She obtained her law degree from University College London (UCL) and completed her LPC at the College of Law Moorgate, before entering private practice. 

Christina is an active member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Cyprus Bar Association.  She is a member of the IAPP and chairs the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter in Nicosia.
